Farmer's Market Kudzu Tote
Farmer's Market Kudzu Tote
Kudzu grows wild in the South! It is arduously processed from this climbing vine—washed, dried, split, plied on calves, and then hand crocheted. The Lao Khmu call it keau piad. They have a long tradition of incorporating materials found in their living environment and are known for their good knowledge about the jungle. This farmer’s market bag is a more modern take on the traditional bag with a more robust bottom and naturally dyed with guava leaves and mud.
Eco-friendly for the farmer’s market or a day at the beach!
Size: 17.5” X 29”; 12” handle drop
fiber content: tropical kudzu with natural dayes
care: Hand wash cool with mild detergent, hang to dry in shade.
